Site Terms & Conditions - PLEASE READ!

All sales are final - no returns or exchanges.  Freight charges are non-refundable.  We cannot guarantee shipping transit times.  Any returned items are subject to a 20% MINIMUM restock fee.  Any refund amount will be held as a store credit.  All authorized returns must be in as new condition in the COMPLETE original packaging or the item will be refused.  Please ask questions before you buy - email and we will respond ASAP!

Ordering by Phone:
You can order by phone if you wish but the website is often faster.  Call 610/481-9400 to order by phone. You can also fax us your order at 610/398-8198.  Prices are subject to change without notice, you will be contacted in the event that any prices have changed. 

Method Of Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Orders and Certified/Bank Checks.  CREDIT CARDS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FROM US BILLING ADDRESSES.  Wire transfers are fine but subject to fees - email for details.  CREDIT CARD ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE VERIFIED BILLING ADDRESS ONLY!  Personal checks are not accepted for any Internet orders!  International orders ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Credit Card Security:

We reserve the right to require a copy of your credit card and drivers license to be faxed to us for YOUR security.  All credit card orders will be sent to the billing address only of the card.  We also require the CVV security code to help combat fraud.



 

Shipping & Handling:
All credit card orders will be shipped to the verified billing address ONLY!  NO international sales.  All rates apply to the continental United States only. Call for rates to AK or HI.  If you have any questions about freight please call BEFORE ordering.

We reserve the right to correct and adjust freight amounts quoted by the shopping cart.  The shopping cart does not always properly calculate for multiple large items.  NO EXPRESS SHIPPING ON TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS!  We will do our best to get expedited (Next Day, Second Day, Three Day) freight requests out the door on the same day but there is no guarantee, especially for orders placed past 12 Noon EST. FREE FREIGHT OFFERS WILL HAVE THE AMOUNT DUE CORRECTED BEFORE ANY CHARGES ARE MADE.  IF WE SAY FREE FREIGHT YOU WILL NOT PAY FREIGHT!

Defective/Damaged Merchandise:
Please do not accept any shipment if the packaging appears damaged in any way. We strongly suggest that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order.  You must notify ESG by the next business day in cases of shipping damage so that the carrier can be notified and a claim processed.  If a product is DOA out of the box please email us immediately.

Warranties:
All items that are sold as new are covered by the full manufacturer’s warranty.  Unless otherwise noted any warranty work or claims are to be made via the manufacturer, not GYGH.  Many companies have warranty service centers all over - contact them directly for service details.  Any used or demo equipment will be marked clearly and dealt with on an item by item basis.


We try our best to make sure that all photos and descriptions on this site are as accurate as possible. However, sometimes specifications change without notice and colors will look different on various monitors and browsers. If you have any questions about any product just email or give us a call at 610/481-9400.  ESG, Inc and GetYourGearHere.com are not responsible for typographical/pricing errors or incorrect manufacturer's specifications.  As always, if you have a question please ASK FIRST!
